Water and sewage servicing for The Sanctuary has been designed and approved by Unity Water. It will deliver a big change and convenience for this part of Warner and provide a foundation for future growth and expansion. Where the sewer construction encroaches upon important habitat and other vegetation the land will be tunnel-bored to minimise impacts.
