Ausbuild’s commitment to our communities extends beyond building homes and land.
Community Development
At Ausbuild, our commitment to communities goes beyond constructing homes and land. It's about nurturing the very essence of community spirit. That's why, in 2022, we proudly introduced the Ausbuild Community Fund (Moreton Bay) Grant Program, formerly known as The Sanctuary Community Fund. This initiative embodies our dedication to fostering grassroots community development throughout the Moreton Bay region.
The Ausbuild Community Fund (Moreton Bay) Grant Program serves as a tangible response to local challenges while amplifying opportunities that strengthen social bonds, contribute to sustainable growth, bolster community capability and capacity, and support the long-term health and well-being of both the region and its residents.
Our passion for responsible place-making and our active commitment to building healthy communities are the driving forces behind this grant program. It's just one facet of Ausbuild's comprehensive community development efforts, all designed to create opportunities that empower the local community to flourish, enrich the environment, and leave a lasting positive legacy.
