Ausbuild at the 2025 Redcliffe KiteFest
Over the weekend, the Redcliffe foreshore was transformed into a sea of colour and excitement as thousands gathered for the Redcliffe KiteFest. With skies filled by giant show kites, spectacular performances, family entertainment, carnival rides, and plenty of delicious food, the festival delivered unforgettable moments for all ages.
Ausbuild was proud to once again sponsor the Kite Flying Arena, the centrepiece of the festival where creativity and fun soared high. From intricate kite designs to giant inflatables, the arena drew crowds of all ages who were mesmerised by the vibrant display above.
Supporting community events like KiteFest is part of Ausbuild’s commitment to celebrating the places where we live and work, and to creating opportunities for families to connect, have fun, and make lasting memories.
Ausbuild was proud to support the 2025 Moreton Bay Food + Wine Festival for the third year as the Official Sponsor of The Kitchen, the heart of the festival.
Across the weekend, crowds gathered to see celebrity chefs including Miguel Maestre, Julie Goodwin, Mike Reid, Matt Golinski and Alastair McLeod, alongside talented local chefs, take to the stage with inspiring live demonstrations.
We were also delighted to present the Friday and Sunday Locals Tickets, helping more residents of the City of Moreton Bay enjoy everything the festival has to offer at a discounted rate.

One of the biggest hits of the event was our Lego Building activation, where young builders put their imaginations to work, crafting incredible structures and enjoying hands-on creativity.
Adding to the excitement, Aussie the mascot was there to entertain and bring joy to festivalgoers. Aussie had a busy weekend posing for photos, giving out high-fives, and making sure everyone was having the best time. If you were lucky, you might have even seen Aussie trying his hand at flying a kite!
