Stage 2: Choosing Your New Home

We'll work with you to understand your priorities and present options that suit both your lifestyle and budget.

  • Confirm your finance pre-approval
  • Accept your quotation and pay your initial deposit

Stage 3: Finalising Your Contract and Personalising Your Home

One of the greatest advantages of building is the opportunity to choose a home that suits your family's needs today and into the future.

This stage is where your vision starts taking shape as you finalise your selections, inclusions and contract documentation.

Your dedicated Contracts Administrator will guide you through the process and ensure everything is in place before construction begins.

  • We lodge your Building Approval
  • We begin preparing your home for construction

Stage 4: Building Your New Home

With planning complete, construction can begin.

As your home progresses through each stage of the build, you'll receive regular updates from your Building Administrator and have access to your Building Supervisor should you have any questions along the way.

Watching your new home come to life is one of the most rewarding parts of the journey.

What happens during this stage?

  • Site preparation begins

  • The frame is delivered and installed

  • Internal fit-out and finishing works are completed
  • Practical Completion inspection takes place with your Building Supervisor
  • Settlement occurs and your construction loan transitions to a standard home loan
  • Handover day arrives and you receive the keys to your new home

And even after handover, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing your home is supported by comprehensive warranty coverage.

  • Access to your 12-month maintenance warranty
  • Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and fittings
  • Structural warranty coverage for 6.5 years
  • Warranty inspections and maintenance support if required
