Stage 2: Choosing Your Home

Now for the exciting part.

They'll guide you through available communities, home designs and Home & Land Packages, making the process simple and easy to understand.

What happens during this stage?

• Meet with your Home & Land Consultant
• Explore communities and available Home & Land Packages
• Visit display homes for inspiration
• Review your personalised quotation
• Confirm your finance pre-approval
• Accept your quotation and pay your initial deposit

Stage 3: Finalising Your Contract and Personalising Your Home

Once you've selected your home, it's time to complete the paperwork and make it your own.

We understand this can feel like one of the more daunting stages for first home buyers. That's why your dedicated Contracts Administrator will guide you through each step and answer any questions along the way.

What happens during this stage?

• Review and sign your building contract
• Complete your formal finance application
• Personalise your home selections and inclusions
• Receive formal finance approval
• We lodge your Building Approval
• We begin preparing your home for construction

Stage 4: Building Your New Home

This is where your dream starts becoming reality.

As construction progresses, you'll receive regular updates from your Building Administrator, keeping you informed about what's happening on site. Your Building Supervisor will also be available to answer questions throughout the build.

What happens during this stage?

• Site preparation begins
• Your home's slab or base is completed
• The frame is delivered and installed
• Your home reaches lock-up stage
• Internal fit-out and finishing works are completed
• Practical Completion inspection takes place with your Building Supervisor
• Settlement occurs and your construction loan transitions to a standard home loan
• Handover day arrives and you receive the keys to your first home

Stage 5: Enjoying Life in Your New Home

Moving into your first home is an exciting achievement, but our support doesn't stop at handover.

Your new home is backed by comprehensive warranties, giving you confidence and peace of mind long after you've moved in.

What happens during this stage?

• Access to your 12-month maintenance warranty
• Manufacturer warranties on fixtures and fittings
• Structural warranty coverage for 6.5 years
• Warranty inspections and maintenance support if required
