Focus Group Workshops

Thank you for attending the recent engagement evening on 24th September and for expressing your interest in participating in the upcoming focus group workshops on housing diversity and future opportunities for Willow Vale.

Your involvement is greatly appreciated, and we’re pleased to offer everyone who provided their contact details the opportunity to take part in these sessions. As discussed during the event, the workshops are designed to capture your thoughts, ideas, and aspirations for the future of the community.

Additional dates have now been added. Please note that the session that was originally scheduled for Wednesday 8th October has now been deferred. If you were planning to attend that session, please select a revised date.

To ensure the sessions are productive and manageable, we kindly ask that you select three preferred time slots using the form accessed via the link provided or QR code below. To allow us to organise group sizes suited to the planned activity and ensure everyone has a chance to contribute meaningfully, we will reach out following your submission to invite you to one of your preferred engagement sessions.

Each workshop will run for approximately two hours and will include a mix of discussion and interactive exercises to support meaningful engagement.

Following the workshops, we will share a summary of the key themes, opportunities, and feedback raised throughout the process. These insights will directly inform the design and planning application that follows this engagement phase.

Community Reference Group

We are also looking to identify one representative from each focus group session who may be interested in playing an ongoing role in a community reference group - helping to share updates and gather future feedback. If this sounds like something you’d like to be involved in, please let us know.

Workshops are a valuable opportunity to gather diverse perspectives from the local community. We expect participation to be respectful and considerate of views that may differ from your own. We ask that you listen to input and perspectives from others. Your acceptance of an invitation confirms your agreement to these terms of engagement.

For any queries about the event please don’t hesitate to contact our office on reception@thereforgroup.com.au

We look forward to continuing this important conversation with you.

Warm regards,
