Thank you for your continued participation in this engagement process.

As a follow up to the Focus Groups conducted in August – November, you will be aware that we have conducted a series of Focus Group Update and Feedback sessions over the past two weeks. As an addendum to the Focus Group Workshops Summary Document that was circulated in December, these sessions included the presentation of Community Development Principles – which are the translation of workshop findings, to inform the ultimate Structure Plan as part of the development application. These principles are being used to inform the preparation of the emerging structure plan. To help explain this step in the process, a simple, high-level illustrative plan was presented to communicate how the principles may be applied across the study area in broad terms.

We provide below the Addendum document that was presented at these sessions. Please feel free to circulate amongst your networks. We have greatly appreciated your continued participation in this process.
