Willow Vale Community Update

Dear Willow Vale residents, 

Thank you for your continued interest and contributions to the community engagement for the Willow Vale development investigation. We are writing to invite you to a Community Update Session, to provide an update on changes to the planning application process and communicate how community principles and technical findings have informed detailed subdivision planning.

We have arranged four two-hour sessions to accommodate for community feedback based upon previous levels of interest. These will provide a further update related to the process and timescales and also enable discussion in response to questions. The community update sessions will be held at the Upper Coomera Community Centre. 

Please select a session from the list below and register your interest via the link below. As previously, places for each session are limited due to the capacity of the room. Please ensure that all attendees have registered (all individual members of a family should register, to ensure that we have enough space). Please feel free to let us know via email if you have any questions or specific requests. 

For ongoing updates, Ausbuild have now launched a page for the Willow Vale development on their website, which will function as the forum for ongoing community updates and information. There is a section at the bottom of the ‘Connect’ page where you can sign up to be provided regular updates on the community engagement process and the development in general.
