We would like to take this opportunity to congratulate and thank the staff at Ausbuild for a wonderful building experience. Just prior to Christmas we moved into our beautiful new home at North Lakes.
This is the third house that we have build and the first time with Ausbuild. We would have no problem in recommending Ausbuild to anyone looking to build. You took our ‘dream home’ pencil sketches and turned them into an amazing reality.
I think this has a lot to do with the Draftsmen (he had a great ability / talent to understand exactly what we wanted), our job supervisor Tom Clark and our Client Liaison Officer, Natalie Pregnell. Tom was organised and in control of our project. Dates he gave us for different stages were all correct and he made the building process easy for us. Natalie was also very organised and professional. Any questions we had were answered quickly and thoroughly. The communication between Tom and Natalie was spot on and I think this makes all the difference.
The trades involved did a fantastic job. Special thanks to the painting crew from Bush to Beach, and our Tiler, Garth. They both met us on site to go through the job with us and did a great job.
It is nice to finally find a company that has great procedures in place. That are organised and have staff that care about their customers. Please pass on our thanks to all involved.

Right from the beginning we found Ausbuild staff and contractors always professional, friendly and extremely helpful. It has been a pleasure to work with a company whose employees take pride in their work, enjoy what they are doing and respect the company they work for. It has resulted in a professional, top quality end product with happy customers.
We did a lot of looking around and research prior to choosing a house design and builder. We were always impressed with Ausbuild’s product, build quality and their efficient and aesthetic designs. When you decide to build, you hear some horror stories from friends; but from those people that we have spoken to who used Ausbuild we only heard good reports. Moving into a new estate everyone around you is also going through the building process. I can say that the only other family, who was happy with their builders, built their home with Ausbuild. Many of our neighbours moved in months after they anticipated and with problems still to be rectified. It made us very happy with our decision and confirmed to us that next time we build it will be through Ausbuild.
We had a wonderful first year living in our new house, thanks again to all the Ausbuild staff and contractors.

It is nearly 2 years since we moved into our Robina Plantation home in Redland Bay. My wife and I have purposely left posting this email until now to see how well the craftsmanship from their tradesman stood the test of time. Apart from a few touchup and settling issues with paint and doors respectively, during the maintenance period,the quality of the workmanship has proven to be first class.
AusBuild,Geoff Weston (Supervisor) and his staff of subcontractors all need to be congratulated on the quality of workmanship and professionalism. Under Geoffs''guidance the project period went extremely well with all changes and modifications handled without fear or favour. We honestly believe the success of the project came down to the quality of the Supervisor.He kept us constantly informed with progress and immediately rectified any issues of concern.
When you see and here of other experiences people have had in building there homes, it has more often than not come down to the Supervisor. So a special thanks to you Geoff.We would also like to take this opportunity to pass on a special thanks to Mike Nancarrow who was our Home Consultant prior to the construction phase of our home.
Although, in some ways the weather may have been in our favour during the course of the project,construction was finalised 5 weeks early and we were well under budget. On this note we would like to thank Graham Bell who I had the pleasure of meeting during the latter stages of construction,and his staff for the thoughtful and professional approach given to us on our journey in building our new home.Building a home can be quite a stressful period but this was not evident in our case.We would have no hesitation in choosing or recommending AusBuild as a builder in future.

Firstly, I would like to thank all of you staff for
such a positive building experience. It was great to

I would also like to comment on the professionalism and the courtesy that was extended towards my husband and me. From our first point of contact with your sales consultant Tony Ford, to Brett and his design team and Kristy your colour coordinator, they were all terrific.
A big hug to Tom Clark… our/your building supervisor. He made it all happen with a minimum of fuss, despite some of the late changes we made. Thanks also to all subbies who helped in building our home.
