The company is a partnership between Brian White, Chairman of the Ray White Real Estate Group and Joint Managing Directors and founders of Ausbuild Pty Ltd, Ron Loney and Graham Bell.

Ron and Graham have been in the real estate and property industry since 1974 and in partnership since 1978. Between them, Ron and Graham bring nearly 60 years of experience in the development and marketing of property in the South East Queensland market.
David is a chartered and registered builder in both residential and general classes and has a Degree in Applied Science-Construction Management. He is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Building.
Colin has been involved in the building industry for over 25 years with experience in construction materials, land development and marketing with several major builders. This experience is backed up with a Degree in Civil Engineering and Master of Business Administration.
