In 1988, Ron and Graham joined forces with Brian White and the White family to establish the building company, Ausbuild Pty Ltd. Ron has developed considerable expertise in housing and land development overseeing many successful projects. |

Executive Director, Co-Chairman and FounderGraham BellFollowing a successful entry into the real estate industry in 1974, Graham and business partner, Ron Loney launched the first Ray White Real Estate franchised office in 1982 at Carina, Capalaba and later, Alexandra Hills. In 1988, the partners entered the building industry with the establishment of Ausbuild Pty Ltd. Between them, Ron and Graham bring over 60 years of real estate, property development and marketing experience. |

Managing Director of Ausbuild HomesColin LawColin has been involved in the building industry for over 25 years with experience in construction materials, land development and marketing, including over 10 years with Ausbuild as Sales and Marketing Manager. This experience is backed up with a Degree in Civil Engineering and Master of Business Administration. |

Director and Construction ManagerDavid WernerDavid has over 25 years of experience from the coal face to managing a major building company with this position on the Ausbuild board. David is a chartered and registered builder in both residential and general classes and has a Degree in Applied Science-Construction Management. He is also a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Building. |

Director, Sales and Business DevelopmentMatthew BellMatthew has over nine years experience in the building and construction industry including seven years with Ausbuild as Estimating Manager, Project Manager for the special Projects Division and now in product development and sales management. Matthew has a passion for housing design and construction and is currently completing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Construction Management. |

Joint Managing Director Ausbuild LandMatthew Loney(Also Joint Managing Director of API Nexus and Auskids). Matthew’s expertise is primarily focused on identifying development opportunities for the group, managing the due diligence process and working with our marketers to ensure successful outcomes of projects. He is credentialed with over 12 years experience with industry-leading leasing and marketing companies including Ray White, King & Co, CB Richard Ellis and Ausbuild. |

Joint Managing Director Ausbuild LandMichael Loney(Also Joint Managing Director of API Nexus and Auskids). Michael’s expertise is primarily focused on financing, funds management and project management within the Ausbuild Group. Michael also managers the financial performance of Ausbuild and API Nexus development activity to alliance partners and investors. Michael has a Bachelor of Commerce and experience in commercial and development funding and is also the instigator of the Auskids Learning business model. |

Company Secretary and Group Financial ControllerBruce McLeodBruce brings over 25 years of experience in managerial and financial accounting gained in a number of industries including warehousing, bulk handling, manufacturing and in the construction industry for the last 18 years. Qualified as a FCPA, Bruce’s diverse industry background contributes valuable insights to the group from a stand point of corporate compliance and probity in relation to the group’s financial dwellings. |
