Ausbuild has released the first 12 homesites in an innovative boutique development at Wakerley that ultimately will see the integration of house and land packages, fully completed turn-key homes and a series of attached urban villas placed alongside a parkland for the residents.
Drawing on the location's proximity to the bayside, the first homesites to be released have been planned to perfectly accommodate designs already existing in Ausbuild's extensive range that includes open plan, resort-style designs with multi-purpose rooms like the Capri pictured here.
That means the homesites can be packaged with three and four bedroom lowsets as well as those in the company's two-storey town home range.
Wakerley Green which is located on Dianthus Street at Wakerley, near an existing convenience retail centre and childcare facility, will comprise 38 house and land packages, 13 fully completed turn key homes and 16 attached urban villas in four separate, strategically positioned clusters.
The release of homesites in Wakerley Green is Ausbuild's second significant launch in the Wakerley area - the first virtually around the corner at The Links where Ausbuild also has two display homes - the Montego and the Hendra designs.
The first 12 homesites at Wakerley Green have been released at prices starting from $265,000 and averaging $272,250.
It has been the strength of the new home market's response to Wakerley which has driven Ausbuild's continued involvement in the locality.
Ausbuild's Sales and Business Development Director, Mr Matthew Bell said: "Ausbuild's development of The Links clearly confirmed the market demand for this emerging residential area.
"Wakerley has always been a leafy retreat on the doorstep to the bayside, but being only around 20 minutes from the CBD, it has come under much stronger focus in the past two years.
"The Links showed how widely spread the area's appeal is - we are taking that to the next level at Wakerley Green by expanding the range of residential options, but integrating them into a cohesive community with excellent street appeal.
"Delivering house and land packages as well as fully completed turn key homes will also give purchasers the benefit of a degree of certainty about the style and quality of homes to be built near them."
To ensure the homes and urban villas integrate seamlessly, Ausbuild's design team briefed attached housing specialist, Mr Paul Lindsay to create designs for the urban villas which would sit harmoniously with Ausbuild's existing plans.
Mr Lindsay is a creative architect who has designed hundreds of attached dwellings across Brisbane with a particular focus on precincts within New Farm, Teneriffe and Newstead.
Wakerley Green, the perfect environment to grow.
