The transformation of the site of the former Nudgee State School into a modern urban residential precinct has seen by Ausbuild already sell over 80 percent of the allotments reserved for house and land packages within weeks of their release.
That means only six homesites for house and land packages remain for sale with land prices starting from $247,000.
In addition to the 25 house and land packages already sold, Ausbuild will later construct and release for sale, 10 fully completed turn-key homes from its range of sub-tropical designs.
They will be marketed to people who prefer to purchase a home with the landscaping, fencing, driveway, security screens, window coverings, and light fittings already completed.
Ausbuild's Sales and Business Development Director, Mr Matthew Bell said: "Two key factors underline Vitale's outstanding success in the current market.
"They are the availability of a wide choice of allotments measuring greater than 500 square metres; and Vitale's epi-centre location to the Brisbane Airport and its business precinct, major retail centres and the Brisbane CBD.

A park and playground of almost 4,200 square metres is a centrally located feature of the development. A second park of around 830 square metres forms a readily identifiable entrance to Vitale.
