Spurred by a rental market where demand exceeds supply in some areas, where weekly rental returns are growing strongly, where renters are showing they prefer new homes to established ones, and where housing finance rates have dropped steadily, Ausbuild has created a specialist division catering for people wanting to build rental properties.
The new division is headed by Ausbuild's former Sales Manager, Sean Porlier.
Previously, the marketing of new homes to investors was managed by Ausbuild's general sales division.
However with changed market conditions and an increasing demand for quality rental products , Mr Porlier now will assist clients with their investment property requirements.
