Ausbuild continues to perform well in a tightening market - primarily due to how the company focuses on its clients and through its commitment to develop cutting edge residential products that deliver quality and value with a minimum of fuss during the construction process.
When the company started 20 years ago, we deliberately set about creating a clearly defined corporate culture. We summarized it to our staff as "if you work at Ausbuild, you are either servicing the needs of a client, or servicing the needs of another staff member who is".
With that clear credo on how we should focus on the customer in all things we do and which today is reflected in our Building With You branding, Ausbuild has continued to enjoy a prominent position in the Queensland property development industry.
We understand that Ausbuild can only remain at the forefront by continuing that focus.
As a related component of that focus, we recently introduced the concept of "zoning" in our homes- areas that are not so much rooms, but spaces with flexibility for media centres, study and entertainment areas, for kids to escape and for parents to pamper themselves.
Defined as leisure, kids and indulgence zones, these flexible areas more accurately reflect the living realities of a contemporary lifestyle.
They're already is some homes- they are being introduced as options into others. Similarly, we have recently reassessed, streamlined and re-designed our Town Homes range for compact allotments. We have further improved our range of traditional homes, re-visited our Villa and Courtyard ranges and have introduced the concept of the 'Urban Traditional'.
We will continue to introduce innovative changes to our products and to our management processes to ensure we keep customers at the forefront of our corporate culture.
