Whepstead Terraces

Situated at Wellington Point adjoining the Heritage listed Whepstead Manor, Ausbuild developed 24 Terrace houses. Ray White Constructions was engaged to construct the project while Ausbuild handled the development management and sales and marketing. |
Bayfields

193 lot housing development at Wellington Point. This was a joint venture with BMD. The development was developed, managed and marketed by Ausbuild and clearly demonstrated the company’s ability to provide a streetscape of alternative designs to give an appearance that a number of builders were involved. |
Kingsgrove
| 1998 saw Ausbuild develop the famous Keperra drive-in site into a magnificent housing estate called Kinsgrove, with over 80 individual houses in two stages. |
Bay Crescent

36 lot boutique housing development as part of the company’s ongoing commitment in Wakerley on Brisbane’s Eastside. Ausbuild sold in excess of 100 homes in this area in the 2 years to the end of 2006. |
Parkwood Lodge
